[SYN] Romeo Eridanus, a 64-year-old Chinese male (former, 10 pack-years, ECOG 1), presented in 2025-12 with hemoptysis (blood-streaked sputum). Workup confirmed Adenocarcinoma (Stage I, KRAS G12V). The MDT recommended curative-intent surgery. Current status: Stable.
