[SYN] Oscar Xenon, a 64-year-old Chinese male (never, ECOG 3), presented in 2025-06 with fatigue and reduced appetite. Workup confirmed Adenocarcinoma (Stage IV). The MDT recommended platinum-based chemo-immunotherapy. Current status: Partial Response.
