[SYN] Xray Triton, a 71-year-old Indian male (former, 31 pack-years, ECOG 0), presented in 2024-12 with shoulder/back pain (suspected pancoast). Workup confirmed Adenocarcinoma (Stage I). The MDT recommended curative-intent surgery. Current status: Disease-free.
