[SYN] Papa Quasar, a 56-year-old Malay female (former, 27 pack-years, ECOG 2), presented in 2024-03 with fatigue and reduced appetite. Workup confirmed Adenocarcinoma (Stage IV). The MDT recommended platinum-based chemo-immunotherapy. Current status: Deceased.
