[SYN] Uniform Borealis, a 56-year-old Chinese male (current, 27 pack-years, ECOG 1), presented in 2024-10 with hemoptysis (blood-streaked sputum). Workup confirmed Adenocarcinoma (Stage III, ALK fusion). The MDT recommended curative-intent surgery. Current status: Stable.
