[SYN] Foxtrot Hydra, a 56-year-old Chinese male (current, 20 pack-years, ECOG 1), presented in 2023-04 with fatigue and reduced appetite. Workup confirmed Neuroendocrine / Carcinoid (Stage IV, ROS1). The MDT recommended platinum-based chemo-immunotherapy. Current status: Partial Response.
