[SYN] Mike Orion, a 57-year-old Chinese female (current, 29 pack-years, ECOG 0), presented in 2024-01 with shoulder/back pain (suspected pancoast). Workup confirmed Adenocarcinoma (Stage III). The MDT recommended platinum-based chemo-immunotherapy. Current status: Stable.
