[SYN] Quebec Draco, a 57-year-old Chinese female (current, 26 pack-years, ECOG 1), presented in 2023-09 with incidental finding on routine health screening cxr. Workup confirmed Adenocarcinoma (Stage II, EGFR Exon 19 Del). The MDT recommended curative-intent surgery. Current status: Disease-free.
