[SYN] Victor Pegasus, a 57-year-old Chinese male (current, 22 pack-years, ECOG 2), presented in 2024-04 with hemoptysis (blood-streaked sputum). Workup confirmed Adenocarcinoma (Stage IV). The MDT recommended platinum-based chemo-immunotherapy. Current status: Progression.
