[SYN] Alpha Nova, a 57-year-old Chinese female (current, 49 pack-years, ECOG 1), presented in 2023-03 with fatigue and reduced appetite. Workup confirmed Adenocarcinoma (Stage III, EGFR Exon 19 Del). The MDT recommended first-line osimertinib. Current status: Stable.
