[SYN] Xray Kepler, a 64-year-old Indian female (never, ECOG 3), presented in 2025-04 with persistent dry cough > 6 weeks. Workup confirmed Adenocarcinoma (Stage IV). The MDT recommended platinum-based chemo-immunotherapy. Current status: Partial Response.
