[SYN] Alpha Indus, a 71-year-old Malay female (former, 29 pack-years, ECOG 1), presented in 2023-07 with unintentional weight loss (~5kg over 3 months). Workup confirmed Adenocarcinoma (Stage III). The MDT recommended platinum-based chemo-immunotherapy. Current status: Disease-free.
