[SYN] Romeo Rigel, a 71-year-old Chinese female (never, ECOG 1), presented in 2023-06 with shoulder/back pain (suspected pancoast). Workup confirmed Adenocarcinoma (Stage II, EGFR Exon 19 Del). The MDT recommended curative-intent surgery. Current status: Disease-free.
