[SYN] Oscar Nova, a 57-year-old Chinese male (current, 39 pack-years, ECOG 1), presented in 2024-05 with hemoptysis (blood-streaked sputum). Workup confirmed Adenocarcinoma (Stage III). The MDT recommended platinum-based chemo-immunotherapy. Current status: Disease-free.
