[SYN] Juliet Quasar, a 71-year-old Malay male (former, 23 pack-years, ECOG 0), presented in 2025-01 with unintentional weight loss (~5kg over 3 months). Workup confirmed Adenocarcinoma (Stage I, ERBB2 Exon 20). The MDT recommended curative-intent surgery. Current status: Disease-free.
