[SYN] Delta Triton, a 64-year-old Indian female (never, ECOG 1), presented in 2023-02 with exertional dyspnea. Workup confirmed Adenocarcinoma (Stage II, ERBB2 Exon 20). The MDT recommended curative-intent surgery. Current status: Disease-free.
