Clinical storyline
[SYN] Golf Mensa, a 57-year-old Chinese female (current, 32 pack-years, ECOG 3), presented in 2023-07 with persistent dry cough > 6 weeks. Workup confirmed Adenocarcinoma (Stage IV, ERBB2 Exon 20). The MDT recommended platinum-based chemo-immunotherapy. Current status: Partial Response.
