[SYN] Sierra Yara, a 71-year-old Malay female (former, 18 pack-years, ECOG 1), presented in 2023-05 with shoulder/back pain (suspected pancoast). Workup confirmed Adenocarcinoma (Stage I, ERBB2 Exon 20). The MDT recommended curative-intent surgery. Current status: Disease-free.
