[SYN] November Borealis, a 64-year-old Indian male (never, ECOG 0), presented in 2024-08 with incidental finding on routine health screening cxr. Workup confirmed Adenocarcinoma (Stage III, ERBB2 Exon 20). The MDT recommended curative-intent surgery. Current status: Partial Response.
