[SYN] Hotel Cygnus, a 71-year-old Malay male (current, 22 pack-years, ECOG 0), presented in 2023-09 with right-sided chest discomfort. Workup confirmed Adenocarcinoma (Stage III, KRAS G12C). The MDT recommended platinum-based chemo-immunotherapy. Current status: Stable.
