[SYN] Hotel Orion, a 57-year-old Chinese male (current, 21 pack-years, ECOG 1), presented in 2023-08 with unintentional weight loss (~5kg over 3 months). Workup confirmed Adenocarcinoma (Stage III, EGFR Exon 20 Ins). The MDT recommended curative-intent surgery. Current status: Stable.
