Hasnah, a 70-year-old Malay female (former, 10 pack-years, ECOG 0), presented in 2023-09 with shoulder/back pain (suspected pancoast). Workup confirmed Adenocarcinoma (Stage I, EGFR Exon 19 Del). The MDT recommended curative-intent surgery. Current status: Progression.
