Hasnah, a 70-year-old Malay female (former, 14 pack-years, ECOG 2), presented in 2025-11 with hemoptysis (blood-streaked sputum). Workup confirmed Adenocarcinoma (Stage IV, ALK fusion). The MDT recommended first-line alectinib. Current status: Stable.
