Clinical storyline
Siti Nurhaliza, a 70-year-old Malay female (former, 12 pack-years, ECOG 2), presented in 2023-03 with shoulder/back pain (suspected pancoast). Workup confirmed Adenocarcinoma (Stage III, EGFR Exon 20 Ins). The MDT recommended curative-intent surgery. Current status: Stable.
