Ho Wan Qi, a 55-year-old Chinese female (never, ECOG 0), presented in 2025-03 with shoulder/back pain (suspected pancoast). Workup confirmed Adenocarcinoma (Stage III, EGFR L861Q). The MDT recommended curative-intent surgery. Current status: Disease-free.
