Halimah, a 70-year-old Malay female (former, 34 pack-years, ECOG 0), presented in 2023-01 with hemoptysis (blood-streaked sputum). Workup confirmed Adenocarcinoma (Stage III, EGFR L858R). The MDT recommended first-line osimertinib. Current status: Stable.
