Khoo Li Ching, a 55-year-old Chinese female (never, ECOG 1), presented in 2025-05 with hemoptysis (blood-streaked sputum). Workup confirmed Adenocarcinoma (Stage I, EGFR Exon 19 Del). The MDT recommended curative-intent surgery. Current status: Disease-free.
