Khoo Li Ching, a 70-year-old Chinese female (former, 16 pack-years, ECOG 0), presented in 2024-08 with incidental finding on routine health screening cxr. Workup confirmed Adenocarcinoma (Stage I, EGFR Exon 19 Del). The MDT recommended curative-intent surgery. Current status: Disease-free.
