Azlan, a 70-year-old Malay male (current, 24 pack-years, ECOG 1), presented in 2025-09 with persistent dry cough > 6 weeks. Workup confirmed Adenosquamous Carcinoma (Stage II). The MDT recommended curative-intent surgery. Current status: Disease-free.
